Registered and incorporated as a public company on 21^st March, 1983. The name of the Company was changed from ‘Pleasant Hotels Limited’ to ‘Oberoi Associated Hotels Limited’, effective from 25^th October, 1989. New articles of association were adopted on 14^th September, 1990. Thereafter, the name of the Company was changed from ‘Oberoi Associated Hotels Limited’ to ‘EIH Associated Hotels Limited’ effective from 1^st November, 1996.
